Does Bel4 coworking have air conditioning?
Yes, the Bel4 building is fully air conditioned throughout. Our thermostatic controls ensure a comfortable working temperature all year round. Helping you avoid the working-from-home sweat in the hot summer months, and save on your home heating bills over the winter.
How does access work?
When you purchase a membership, you’ll be sent an access code just for you, which you can use to get in the front door.
The access control system automatically counts down your monthly usage, depending on which package you have bought.
Is Bel4 wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have step-free access via our entrance at 60 Station Road, Redhill. Our lift will take you to all floors, and an accessible toilet can be found on the Lower Floor.
Our coworking studio, Seminar space, Board Room and all communal areas including kitchens and breakout areas are accessible by wheelchair.

Can I hire space at Bel4 to bring my remote team together?
Yes of course, we’d love to have you. We understand that more and more businesses and team are working on more of a remote or hybrid working pattern, but getting the whole team together every now and then can boost morale and help you reach decisions faster.
We’re conveniently placed just 5 minutes walk from Redhill station, with great rail connections to London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Depending on the size of your team, you can either hire spaces in our coworking studio, or our dedicated Seminar space. Both have use of a high-spec kitchen area, complete with chillout areas.

Can I park nearby?
Yes, you can access the Bel4 building via a walkway and stairs from the top floor of the Belfry shopping centre car park. Private Office members are eligible for discounted parking rates.
Alternatively, we are only 5 minutes walk from Redhill train station and close to local bus stops.
Who runs Bel4 coworking hub?
Bel4 is independently run by a team of local professionals and business owners who understand what people really want from a work space. We’re passionate about creating a welcoming environment where businesses, individuals and community groups can thrive.
Although we’re accessible from, and work closely with, the Belfry shopping centre, Bel4 is not run by the same people as the Belfry.
