What hours is the Seminar Space available to book?
Our Seminar Space is available for use between 8am and 6pm every day. Bookings after 6pm are by arrangement only.

What facilities are included when I book the Seminar Space?
You will have access to high-speed wifi, projector and screen, AV equipment, along with a whiteboard.
Tea, coffee and water facilities and use of breakout areas are included with your booking.
Catering options are available on request.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our default set-up is seminar style comfortably seating up to 50 people. Other layout options available on request.
How do I book Bel4's Seminar Space?
To book, please visit our Booking portal, where you can also see our live availability calendar.
New visitors will need to create a new account before booking.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, you can access Bel4 directly from the top floor of Belfry shopping centre car park. If you require step-free access, you will need to cross through the Belfry and go round to our Station Road entrance.
Is Bel4 accessible?
Yes! When you enter via the front door at 60 Station Road, you will find a lift that will take you to all floors.
All Private Offices, coworking spaces, breakout areas and kitchen facilities are all wheelchair accessible.
An accessible toilet can be found on the Lower Floor.
