Room hire includes high-speed wifi, use of a 55inch smart TV, webcam and conference microphone/speaker, and a whiteboard.
Your hire fee also includes tea, coffee and water. If you require catering for your meeting, please contact us for options.
How many people can you accommodate?
Meeting Room 1 can accommodate up to 4 people.
If you’re looking for a slightly larger space, our Board Room can seat up to 12 people.
We also have a large Seminar Space available, which can seat up to 50 people.
How much does it cost to hire a meeting room at Bel4?

How do I book a meeting room?
Please visit our Booking portal to view our live availability calendars. To book a meeting room, you will need to create a free account.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, you can access Bel4 directly from the top floor of Belfry shopping centre car park. If you require step-free access, you will need to cross through the Belfry and go round to our Station Road entrance.
Can I book a meeting room on a recurring basis?
Yes! So long as the room you want is available, we’d love to host your regular meetings.
